Effective weight loss involves living an active lifestyle and learning and abiding by certain eating rules.
I will talk first about an active lifestyle. You must use your body. You must exert yourself. You will need to do an exercise routine that brings about fat loss and keeps it off. You will need to do this regularly and you will need to do this for the rest of your life.
Now I will talk about eating routines. There are ways to eat, that you do not know about, that will help you to lose unwanted fat from your body and to keep it off. I am not talking about restrictive diets that will not allow you to eat your favorite foods ever again.
The billion dollar diet industry is growing by using the method of restrictive diets, and so is the obesity problem in America. The methods of the diet industry clearly fail to bring about permanent weight loss. They provide short term weight loss, for which they make a lot of bucks, but not effective weight loss.
Eating for permanent weight loss is not restrictive. What you eat is an element of it. It does not involve denial of certain foods, but rather sensible decision making around what you eat.
What is more important is when you eat and how you eat. They are more important because you do not know about these things as yet. As a result, you are very probably violating some basic laws of nutrition that prevents effective weight loss.
